We are here to guide you through all aspects of living off campus. We host workshops, resource fairs, and educational events to help support you. Our programs provide guidance on apartment and roommate searches, lease signing, and ways to enhance your off-campus living experience.
Living Off Campus
During a Living Off Campus workshop, you will learn the ins and outs of living off campus. We will review the apartment search process, renter’s rights, highlight city and community resources, and share engagement opportunities. Apartment Fairs
We host two Apartment Fairs each year. Our in-person fair is every February (2026 date TBA). Our virtual apartment fair is scheduled for May 20th, 2025. Each fair provides you an opportunity to attend info sessions, chat with realtors and property managers, view listings, and get expert advice from student off-campus student Community Ambassadors and Northeastern staff members.

Off Campus Fest
Our Off Campus Fest is held every fall semester with local vendors and resources to assist with your off-campus needs. Tons of giveaways, activities, and information will be at this event. Come have some fun!
